How it works:
This is an 8-week live online body image course, facilitated weekly by Alissa Rumsey. While all course meetings and activities take place online, we’ll be working through the material together in a supportive group environment. This is not a self-paced course. While those can be useful, the feedback I’ve gotten over the years is that many people struggle to complete the content and wanted a safe space to discuss the coursework with other group members.
Here’s what you get:
- 8 weekly, small group, live workshops to walk you through the information from that week’s module. Plus you’ll get live coaching to help you implement what you’re learning into your own life. You can join via telephone or video and, if you miss a workshop, you can listen to the recording when it works in your busy schedule.
- Private, online community support. You’ll have access to a private online community exclusively for the Body Image Reboot participants. This is a safe space where you can connect with each other, ask me questions, and get support from the other group members as you move through the course and continue on this journey.
- 20+ video lessons. In addition to the 8 live workshops, you’ll receive X additional recorded video lessons to teach you how to apply each weekly concept.
- 30 downloadable worksheets. Each module includes specific worksheets and activities to help you work through the course concepts and learn the techniques.
- 7 exclusive audio meditations. The course includes exclusive access to several audio meditations to help you practice mindfulness and connect more with your body.
- Weekly email prompts. Each week you’ll receive an email update about where we’ve been and where we’re going, to help you know what to expect as you work through the course material.
- Email support from Alissa. Throughout the 8-week program, you’ll have access to email support from the leader of the group, Non-Diet Dietitian & Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Alissa Rumsey

Cancellations Policy: Cancellations made more than seven (7) days out from the group program start date will be fully refundable. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days out from the group program start date, but prior to the second group session, will be eligible for a 50 percent refund. Cancellations made after the second group session are non-refundable.
