Part support group, part processing group, part book club. Space is limited to a max of 12 people.
The group will meet for 8 sessions over 10 weeks, on Thursdays at 5pm EST from November 9th through January 18th.
Together, we will create a supportive space each week to discuss intuitive eating and work to combat the diet culture messages that are all around us.
Join facilitator Jasmine Hormati, Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, for a small group guided discussion on Unapologetic Eating and topics related to intuitive eating and body image/acceptance/liberation.
Each week we’ll focus on a different section of the book with the content from that section serving as the foundation for that week’s discussion plus time for check-ins, connection, Q&A, and support.

The Non-Diet Processing & Support Group includes live group calls that combine learning, processing, coaching, and support. Grow in confidence by learning how to integrate intuitive eating, mindfulness, body image work, self-compassion, and coping tools into your day-to-day life.

Hi, I’m Jasmine Hormati, MS, RD.
I'm a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor. I will be your facilitator for the Non-Diet Processing & Support Group.
I specialize in disordered eating recovery and body image work for all ages. I use an intuitive eating and Health at Every Size ® (HAES®) approach to help clients health their relationship with food and their body, and reclaim their inherent worth.
I helped create The Non-Diet Processing & Support Group so that you can get support in learning about intuitive eating and the non-diet approach, utilizing the practical resources and tools developed in the book to integrate what you're learning into your day-to-day life, and do it all while building community and challenging diet culture, together.
