We help you get out of the diet-binge-guilt cycle so that you can take all the mental energy you spend on thinking about food and your body, and use that time elsewhere. We’ll help you to nurture and develop long-term, sustainable behaviors around food and movement, no deprivation required.
Intuitive Eating Coaching
How It Works:
Step 1: Get In Touch
Get started with a free phone consultation, where we learn more about you, your relationship to food, and how we can help support you. We’ll discuss which package option is the best fit for you and you’ll have a chance to ask questions about how we work and what to expect from the process.
Step 2: Initial Session
In your first session, we’ll spend 75 minutes together and do a deep dive to really get to know you. We’ll explore your relationship with food and body image, talk your dieting and weight history and your current eating patterns, and discuss your goals and what success in this process will look like for you.
Step 3: Ongoing Support
Healing your food and body issues is deep, brave, and oftentimes scary work. We offer package-based options that include video, phone and email support so that we have enough time to spend together to be able to work through these issues.
